- Online Exhibition..."KuruMobi Tech Expo 2025 ONLINE"
- Organizer...Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan, Inc.
- Visitor...All participants registered for "KuruMobi Tech Expo 2025 ONLINE"
- Exhibitor...All companies that have exhibited at "KuruMobi Tech Expo 2025 ONLINE" after completing the prescribed procedures
- Administrative Office...Taiseisha Co., Ltd.
- Personal Information...Information such as visitor registration information, questionnaire response history, access history, etc.
- Content...All information including images, videos, text, numerical values, data, and other information posted on the online exhibition by the organizer and exhibitors
Use of "KuruMobi Tech Expo 2025 ONLINE" organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan, Inc. shall be deemed as acceptance and agreement to these Terms of Use, and shall apply to all visitors who use the online exhibition.
The organizer may modify, add to, or change these Terms of Use without prior notice to all third parties, including exhibitors and visitors.
- Article 1: Handling of Personal Information

- The personal information of visitors obtained by the organizer will be used for the following purposes.
- For login authentication to the online exhibition
- For contacting or sending notifications regarding the online exhibition
- For backing up data necessary for the operation of the online exhibition
- For responding to inquiries regarding the online exhibition
- For aggregating and analyzing visitor information for the purpose of smooth operation and improvement of the online exhibition
- Visitor personal information will be provided to the relevant exhibitor, exhibitor seminar speakers (related parties of the presenting company), etc., at the time when the visitor accesses the exhibitor information page, exhibitor seminar viewing page, etc., for the purpose of providing effective services.
- The organizer, administrative office, and exhibitors shall handle visitor personal information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

- Article 2: Copyright

- Copyright, neighboring rights, moral rights, trademark rights, etc. of profile information registered by visitors shall belong to the visitor who registered the information, except for those that belong to third parties.
- Visitors shall guarantee that the information they have registered does not infringe upon the rights or interests of third parties.
- All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights and all rights related thereto of all content, systems, etc. of the online exhibition, excluding visitor information, belong to the organizer or the source of such information. Visitors may not reproduce, reprint, etc. (including scraping) these without prior consent from the organizer.
- Article 3: Suspension, Interruption, and Restriction of Online Exhibition Services

- The organizer may permanently suspend or temporarily interrupt or restrict part or all of the functions of the online exhibition without prior notice to visitors in the event of any of the following circumstances.
- When performing regular or emergency inspection or maintenance work on computer systems related to the online exhibition service
- When computers or communication lines, etc., are stopped due to accidents
- When it is determined that operation of the online exhibition is difficult due to natural disasters such as fires, power outages, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, etc., or other force majeure
- When it is determined that operation of the online exhibition is difficult due to human disasters such as war, strikes, labor disputes, riots, social disturbances, cyber attacks※, etc.
- Other cases where the organizer determines that suspension, interruption, or restriction of the online exhibition is necessary for operational or technical reasons
If a system failure occurs in the online exhibition and the cause is unknown and no other cause is identified thereafter, the cause shall be considered a cyber attack.
- The organizer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by visitors due to Article 3, Paragraph 1.
- Article 4: Prohibited Acts

- The organizer prohibits visitors from engaging in the following acts, acts that may constitute such acts, or acts that induce such acts when using the online exhibition.
- Acts that infringe or may infringe intellectual property rights such as portrait rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc., or the interests of third parties including the organizer, exhibitors, and other visitors
- Acts that interfere with the use of the online exhibition by third parties including exhibitors and other visitors
- Acts that violate laws and regulations or induce violations of laws and regulations
- Acts of registering false information
- Acts that defame the reputation or credit of third parties including the organizer, exhibitors, and other visitors
- Acts that infringe the privacy of third parties including the organizer, exhibitors, and other visitors
- Acts that slander or defame third parties including the organizer, exhibitors, and other visitors
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information of third parties including the organizer, exhibitors, and other visitors, or attempting to do so
- Acts that interfere with or attempt to interfere with the operation, input, etc., of third parties including other visitors
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the online exhibition's servers or networks
- Acts of using, providing, or recommending harmful computer programs (computer viruses, etc.) within the online exhibition
- Acts of fraudulently obtaining or using visitor registration, or transferring, reselling, or diverting registration information
- Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces through the online exhibition service
- Acts that infringe copyrights, etc., such as unauthorized photography, recording, downloading, processing, secondary use, reprinting, reproduction, publication, broadcasting, public transmission, etc., of all content posted on the online exhibition without prior consent from the organizer
- Acts of using the online exhibition for purposes other than the organizer's intended purpose
- Other acts that the organizer deems inappropriate for reasons such as being socially unacceptable, contrary to public order and morals, or infringing on the rights of others
- If the organizer determines that a visitor has engaged in acts specified in Article 4, Paragraph 1 when using the online exhibition, the organizer may take measures such as deletion of the visitor's registration or temporary suspension of usage qualifications without prior notice.
- Regarding Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 14, if it is discovered that a visitor has engaged in acts that infringe copyrights, the organizer may take legal action against the visitor.
- Article 5: Disclaimer

- The organizer makes no warranty whatsoever regarding the content, completeness, suitability, or timeliness of information provided in the online exhibition.
- Any damage or loss caused by malfunctions of telecommunications terminals or other equipment when visitors use the online exhibition shall be borne by the visitors themselves. The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the operation or environment of equipment used by visitors.
- The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or loss incurred by visitors in connection with the use of the service, including changes to these Terms of Use, modification, temporary suspension, or discontinuation of the online exhibition service.
