Exploring the Future of Mobility Through the Characteristics of Next-Generation Batteries

This presentation explains the characteristics of next-generation batteries, including all-solid-state batteries, through comparison with conventional lithium-ion batteries. It explores their potential to transform the mobility experience in terms of driving range, charging, safety, and other aspects. With stationary energy storage at EV charging sites in mind, it also introduces the characteristics and prospects of the oxide-based all-solid-state batteries under development at our institute.
